I'm a 29 year old male with very bad knees. I've had ACL reconstructions done on both knees and several scopes since. My problem now-a-days isn't one of stability but of arthritic pain. With having little to no cartilage left in my knees I can't do any activity without paying dearly for it. Its gotten to the point where just standing on them puts me in constant pain. Because of my age the doctors don't want to do knee replacements. If you have any ideas or knowledge on new procedures dealing with cartilage or knee replacements please respond. Thanks..
